CHARLIZE Theron has defended her Oscars gown.

The actress — who wore to the event an amethyst and lilac bustier gown with rose and draped detail, created specially for her by John Galliano for Dior — says she isn’t offended by the criticism her gown received (one observer said the outfit mad them “gouge” their eyes out) because she “loved” wearing it.

“I just loved this dress!” she said.

Theron, 34, recently insisted she isn’t worried about getting older — even when her boobs start to sag!

“You get wrinkles. Your boobs sag,” she said in September last year. “But I am 32 and loving it. I would not want to go back to my 20s.

“There’s only two things we know for sure in life — we’re going to age and die.

“What are we going to do about that? Some people have Botox, that’s great.

“Hopefully I’ll be okay with not getting Botox — who knows?”
