SANDRA Bullock is keeping her schedule clear so she can work on making a baby, insiders say.

The Blind Side star — who won the Best Actress gong at the Oscars this past Sunday — already cares for stepdaughter Sunny.

But Bullock, 45, is keen to have her own, biological, child with husband Jesse James.

“Even now, Sandra will just smile and say, ‘I may surprise you!’ And she knows it’s now or never,” a source told American tabloid the National Enquirer.

“That’s why she’s turned down 20 movie deals in three months. She wants to keep her slate clean to work on conceiving that baby.

“It won’t be the end of her life if she and Jesse aren’t successful, but she really wants to try.”

Sandra has previously revealed that she’d like to have a child of her own.

“I hope to God when we get to a place where all is safe, calm, happy and healthy, it’s not too late,” she said last year.

“I have family in spades. Everything we do is about the kids. I haven’t had children biologically. I had shut that off – then I met Jesse and it turned on again. I was like, ‘Oh, it’s that feeling.’

“We realized we had to take care of some other things on this planet first. If I waited too long, it’s because we were supposed to do other things. If it is just too late? There are millions of children on this planet that I would be honored to call my own.”
