Jessica Simpson Happy Being Single

The singer/actress — who is divorced from singer Nick Lachey and has previously dated sportsman Tony Romo and musician John Mayer — says she’s happy without a boyfriend.

“I’m single,” Jessica told E! News. “I am OK being single. I’m flirtatious and single.”

The 29-year-old then addressed rumors she’s dating Smashing Pumpkins star Billy Corgan.

“Billy is a dear dear friend of mine,” Jessica insisted. “If I am going through a hard time I definitely would talk to Billy. He always has the best words.”
