Simon Cowell Heading to Afghanistan?

Simon CowellSIMON Cowell‘s fiancee wants to take him to visit Afghanistan.

Make-up artist Mezhgan Hussainy — who fled the war-torn country with her family when she was just 14 — is keen for the mega-rich music mogul to see the plight of people living in Afghanistan.

She has even set up a non-profit organization, The Faraway Foundation, to help rebuild hospitals and schools.

“I want to get them back on their feet and start their path to a bright future,” said Mezhgan, who got engaged to Simon, 50, on Valentine’s Day.

“I watched a video taken by a family friend and I was overcome with tears as I saw the poverty and children on the streets.

“Simon is a piece of cake. His bark is much bigger than his bite. He is exactly the way you see him. He loves to have a good time.

“He likes to push contestants on his shows to make sure he gets exactly what he needs out of them.

“He’s like that mean teacher in school — the one that pushed you harder, the one you didn’t necessarily like at the time, but the one you actually learned the most from.”

    All I have to say on this subject is that i feel real bad for Afghanistan.Don’t they have enough issues to deal with right now.Why are they sending Simon Cowell?Do they even know or care that Simon Cowell is comming?I think they would rather have peace in their country instead.
