Kara DioGuardi Glad She Stripped Off on American Idol

KARA DioGuardi doesn’t regret showing off her bikini body on the previous season of American Idol.
Kara — a judge on the smash hit TV talent show – stripped off to her bikini and joined a contestant, who was nicknamed Bikini Girl, on stage during the season finale of Idol last year.
“It probably saved my job,” said Kara. “It was a defining moment. Like: ‘She’s serious and industry, but also as kooky as everyone else on this panel.’”
Kara, 39, added that she was never keen on stripping off to her bikini in the first place.
“I kept saying no,” she confessed. “I mean, what crazy nut is gonna go out there in a bikini at almost 40 years of age against a girl who is 20 and probably cosmetically enhanced? I looked a little pasty. But hey, at least I didn’t wet myself!”
