Cynthia Nixon Dishes on Sex and the City Sequel!

Cynthia NixonCYNTHIA Nixon says the eagerly-awaited Sex and the City movie sequel is more of an “adventure” than its predecessor.

The actress — who plays spicy redhead Miranda in the film — admits she’s excited about SATC2.

“The last movie was more of a tearjerker, and this is really more of a romp — an adventure!” Nixon told In Touch Weekly magazine.

“I like the caper aspect of the movie, the four of us on the run in a foreign country. It’s fun!”

Sex and the City 2 — which also stars Sarah Jessica Parker, Kim Cattrall, Kristin Davis, Chris Noth,
Miley Cyrus and Penélope Cruz — hits movie theaters May 27, 2010.
