SIMON Cowell and his fiancee Mezhgan Hussainy will reportedly marry in Italy later this year.

Simon, 50, proposed to the make-up artist on Valentine’s Day — and the couple are all set for a spring wedding, which will take place in Venice — insiders say.

“It is a perfect time of year for Simon to be able to enjoy his wedding, honeymoon and time off as a newlywed before he starts devoting his schedule to The X Factor,” a source told the Betty Confidential website.

“It’s perfect. It’s romantic and historical.”
