SOPHIE Monk says it would be a total waste of time her putting out a sex tape — because she’s a total “dud” between the sheets!

The actress — who has just signed a lucrative contract with US TV network E! for a number of shows — says she is unlikely to follow stablemates Paris Hilton and Kim Kardashian with a video of her bedroom antics.

“I did think of doing a sex tape because it seems to help the E! network but I’m a dud in bed so I don’t think people would be very impressed,” Sophie said.

“I’d prefer people to keep on living the dream because for some reason some people think I’m really sexy. People think, ‘Oh bikinis, sexy!’ But they say that girls that wear bikinis are the laziest in bed which I’ll say is true.”

Monk, 30, recently insisted she’ll never pose nude.

“I have never let anyone take a nude picture of me, just in case,” she said earlier this month. “Even before I was famous I felt I wanted to be a singer so I thought it might not be a good idea.

“If it happened accidentally, I would erase it. You can’t be too careful.”
