KRISTEN STEWART “EXCITED” ABOUT MAKING MOVIE WITH MOTHER

Posted by Adam

Kristen StewartKRISTEN Stewart is “excited” about making a movie with her mother.

The Twilight actress — who stars in upcoming movie The Runaways, a biopic about the ’70s band of the same name — has reservations about working with her mother Jules Mann-Stewart on new drama K-11 but thinks it will be a “cool” project when it is finally given the go ahead.

“She’s a really well-known script supervisor and she’s co-written this drama K-11, which she’ll direct and I will be in. If she called me right now and said, ‘We’re making the movie,’ I would be really excited. I guess my question is, ‘How would it be to work with a parent?’

“We’re really close and then, at the same time, we’re creatively very different. But, I think it would be cool if it happens.”

Stewart, 19, plays Joan Jett in The Runaways, but she recently admitted she doesn’t see herself as a real-life rock star.

“If I had that drive… It could never be fun for me to be a rock star because I’m not one,” she said.

Kristen — who plays Bella in the Twilight movies — had to study Joan carefully to ensure she does her justice on the big screen.

“Yeah [I felt some pressure], especially for the performances because she has such a distinct voice,” she said.

“She is on fire. She stares the audience down. I’ve never seen anything like it and you don’t know you can do it until you do it for the first time.”

I just saw a rental of New Moon and I have to say, in some parts of that film, Kristen showed a marked improvement in her acting and used her facial expressions in a more animated fashion which, in turn, gave more life to her character. Kudos. Rob seemed to be a little better too, and I must agree with him, he did look like a corpse with lipstick on, too white. I did not like that “taiL” crawling down the back of his neck, that looked scuzzy and un-Edward like.Rosenberg should be drawn and quartered for massacring the storyline as usual and deleting all the good parts and having a crappy beginning and an abrupt plop of an ending. She could have done so much more with words. It’s almost as if the characters were just learning how to speak .Taylor did a great job, I didn’t think I would have liked the movie minus Edward , but infact, I enjoyed taylor’s character very much. He showed a lot of feeling and emotion.PleaSE, PLEASE, DON’T SCREW UP BREAKING DAWN. IT HAS SO MUCH POTENTIAL IF THEY ONLY FOLLOWED THE BOOK AND LEAVE OUT THE STUFF THAT’S NOT IN THE BOOK.;Stephanie Meyers you did a great job; make them stay with the story.

Adrienne I find myself agreeing with you :) I still don’t care for her acting BUT I do agree there was an improvement overall. I fully agree they should stick to the books, the books were very good.
