NADYA SULEMAN FACING HOMELESSNESS AFTER FAILING TO PAY MORTGAGE

Nadya SulemanNADYA Suleman — she of Octomom fame — is facing eviction after failing to pay the mortgage on her California home.

The 34-year-old — who gave birth to octuplets last year and now has 14 children under the age of eight — has until Tuesday to pay up or lose her home.

Suleman — who leases the home from her father — has also failed to make a $450,000 balloon payment due this month as part of the purchase deal.

Mortgage holder Amer Haddadin told the Associated Press news agency that he is starting proceedings against the family because payments have not been made.

Mr Haddadin reportedly signed over the home to Ms Suleman’s father Ed last year.

Ed Suleman, who leased the home to his daughter, was supposed to pay about $4,000 a month and a final balloon payment of $450,000 that was due earlier this month.

Suleman’s spokesman released a statement saying that the financial dispute was between Haddadin and her father.

“She may be the victim in all this,” he said in the statement.

    I agree with Cynthia Wilson. This woman is not in her right mind first off anyone can tell that by her actions on all the tv shows she has done and the things she says. Come on were is child services when they are needed. She is a free loaded looking for handouts from strangers who are taken by her. She should be thrown out and all 14 children should be taken from her. This womans actions are reckless and to say she wants more children is just the icing on the cake. She has proven she can not provide a stable life for these children. I say take them and place them where they have a chance and place on the curb because no one OWES this idiot anything for her ignorants!

    I agree- Ms Suleman has received monies from numerous sources. She also receives SSI benefits as well for her other disabled children. The fact that she is allowed to sponge off others makes me ill. She has little to give to some many children. It just goes to prove you cant live on love. My hopes are that social services will move in and provide a steady home environment for these children/

    When are they going to lock this woman up and take the kids away? She’s 34yrs old, no education and 14 kids under the age of 8. Who do you think is taking care of these kids now and forever…..we are!!! Where is the baby daddy(s) and why aren’t they paying their share for ‘roll in the hay’ with this nut job??? Classic case of no responsibility, no consequences. The government or the public will pay for everything as long as I have a reality show!!!

    I don’t think Nadya is in her right mind exactly either, but look at the option everyone is suggesting. How many people do u thinkg will take all 14 kids. They are all siblings. Splitting them up will be trumatic. If the kids go to foster care the tax payer is STILL picking up the tab for their care through the foster care system. Don’t know if any of you have been in the fcs but it isn’t all it’s cracked up to be they have a pretty decent chance of getting a foster home that is not as good as they have. I do think this woman loves her kids and tries. Now that it’s a done deal the taxpayers WILL be picking up the tab til they r 18 one way or the other. What needs to happen is to make sure medical guidelines are in place to prevent this from happening, and make the doctors malpractice insurance cough up some help towards their care because he was really as neglegant as she is nutty.

    What is DFACS going to do with all those kids…separate them into different homes? How does that help? I agree what she done was Very irresponsible, and raising that many children Alone..has to be hard. Sorry her fame and fortune didn’t come to pass, maybe she’ll hang in there and they will cancel one of those slutty shows on E and make room for her. Until then she should consider clipping more coupons, and renting a place she Can Afford with what money she has left.

    In “hick” Nebraska where I live, women can have 4 children while on state assistance. After the birth of the 4th child, the mother is REQUIRED to have her tubes tied. While I feel 4 children for someone on state assistance is also to many at least we prevent this situtation from occuring. And while placing these children in foster care is not ideal, I don’t feel that the negative influence this woman is having on her children is any better. What happens when her children want kids? Are the tax payers going to support that as well? They are young and with all of the media attention they have gotten, these children should have no porblem going to good homes.

    It’s obvious that Suleman’s only goal is to achieve celebrity and the money that comes with it. The kids are her means to achieve this. I agree with other commenters about getting social services to get the kids in better homes, even if they have to be split up. It might be traumatic at first, but in the long run, they will be better off. Suleman relies too much on the kindness of strangers to take care of the kids she created (who she has apparently conned). That kindness will not last forever, and then what?

    This woman should have never been allowed to bring these kids home with her much less profit from being stupid. She was given every opportunity to be a decent parent and has proven she can’t do it. Take the kids(ALL OF THEM) and place them in good, safe, secure and loving homes with intelligent and hard WORKING parents that will take care of them!!! SHe needs to be sterilized and put out on her ugly butt! NO MORE FEDERAL MONEY FOR THIS LEECH!!!!

    What hapened to all the money she got recently for being on The View and Kimmy Kimmel? What about the money she got for posing in a bikini after “not” having a tummy tuck (when she vehemently called Kate Gosselin “trash” just 6 months ago in that disastrous documentary for doing the same)… Let me guess- it went to more non-plastic surgery procedures and designer jeans!

    BTW, in that documentary, it was quite obvious her kids were not happy with their situation. The older ones were punching each other, her 2 year-old called her a bitch and kept hitting the camera guy. Wonderful parenting.

    Nadya Suleman is most definitely not a victim in any of this. In fact, I’ll believe her father is a victim before her. At the end of the day, her father shouldn’t have to pay her mortgage anyway. And if she had realized that she was in a position of begging, and shouldn’t be choosy, she would have realized just how much she needed the help of Angels in Waiting. I don’t give a crap if she felt they were inconveniencing her or spying on her. She was getting free assistance and she didn’t appreciate it. Now, she is at risk of losing her home. This woman makes poor decision after poor decision. I don’t want her to have a show at all. I don’t care about splitting up the siblings either. Life isn’t always fair but these kids are not safe.

    The woman is obviously in need of mental health care. The way in which she has treated her own mother, Angela, and her father is truly despicable. Her children do need to be put in some sort of foster care and she desperately needs mental health care…………..but in reading some of the slamming of her from some bloggers, it’s a shame that Americans can be so unfeeling towards others. Yes, she is in dire need of help, and her doctor should be fined or locked up, but when you have someone who is mentally unstable, SOMEONE GET HER SOME HELP! Those children are the true victims.

    Wow, after her being popular for having all these kids, and getting all the help and money, where did all the money go? May not be to her kids…maybe for herself, still can’t believed she has all those kids. Does she think that this donation, tv offer and all will last? Poor kids, they will be homeless too, thanks to their mom. Good job mom, not…agree with everybody, take her kids away, and get her some help.

    By way of help the first step for her would be a tubal ligation, the second..place her in a mental health facility and third, the children have grandparents who should be given custody with any allotted money going to them for care of the children.
