Jennifer AnistonJENNIFER Aniston has given up on men — she’s set to become a lesbian!

The former Friends star — who has dated a string of Hollywood hunks since her 2005 divorce from Brad Pitt – will reportedly play a lady-lover in hit US TV show Cougar Town, which is executive-produced by her best pal Courteney Cox.

“She’s persuaded Jen to guest star,” blabbed one insider.

“They have both wanted it to happen for a while, but Jennifer has been too busy.

“She promised she would do it as soon as she finished promoting her new film, The Bounty Hunter.

“She wanted to do something different.”

Aniston, 41, recently revealed she’d quite like to marry and have kids.

“I’ve had some wonderful experiences,” she said. “I hope I’ve reached a point where I’m ready to enjoy being with a great man and having a family together. That’s always been my dream.

“Love is the beginning of the process that draws you together, but the intensity and the nature of love is something that evolves as well.

“We all know that things change over time and you’re constantly dealing with different issues and conflicts. You have to be willing to work things out and try to do it as harmoniously as possible. That’s the tough part.”
