Angelina Jolie ‘Backtracks on Promise to Spend More Time with Kids’

Angelina JolieANGELINA Jolie has broken her promise to partner Brad Pitt.

The actress had previously told Pitt that she would be spending more time with the couple’s six children — but she has now had a change of heart after growing tired with doing the “mommy thing”.

“Angie’s whole idea was to allow Brad time to focus on his work while she did her mommy thing,” a source divulged. “But she has tired of her domestic lifestyle much sooner than she expected and has pushed her career goals back to the top of her list and priorities.

“Angie has since turned on the burners and started chasing after every project in sight.

“In fact, she landed so many roles that Brad found himself having to pull back on his own plans. And he’s not too happy about that!

“After Brad told Angie she was too self-centered, she fired back and told him to stay out of her business. After that, they barely talked for days.”

Recent reports claimed Brad and Angie haven’t split because they know their relationship is good for their careers.

“The relationship is a total sham,” a source said. “They both have other people on the side.

“They only stay together for the kids and for the sake of continuing to build their empire.”

    This story is such bs. Angelina hasn’t worked for almost a year before doing “The Tourist”. The only project she’s signed on for is the Scarpetta movie which doesn’t even have a script. Maybe shooting will start winter 2011 but most likely summer or fall. All of the other movies attached to her name are either completely false or rumors. Also movies like Maleficent and Serena don’t even have a script. If she did sign=on shooting still wouldn’t start for months at the earliest.

    well, beth and miss p, these tabloids know they’ll sell whenever they put angie/brad/joli-pitt crew on their pages. i hate all the lies and stupid comments against angie, why cant they just leave her alone and tear that ex-mrs pitt instead. that fugly woman would love all the attention, good or bad, lol

Nothing surprising about the description of her behavior. This woman has not adopted in the U.S. or given birth in the U.S. to hide her drug addiction. Most photos released to the public hide her downward spiral and current physical state, and she has the violent, erratic outbursts that should preclude any sort of child care.Does anyone know if that lawsuit against the NotW has actually started/gone through? I know there was a legal threat at the time but since then I’ve heard nothing. I remember the Beckhams threatening to sue a UK tabloid a few years ago when they printed cheating allegations against David – nothing came of that lawsuit. Just wondering if the same thing could be happening here.

    I tend to believe that there was some truth in the recent allegations of trouble in the relationship and I think that’s what’s spurred this latest round of happy families photos we’ve been getting (they even rolled out her Dad! genius!).

    Nor do I have any trouble believing that AJ can be an, ahem, difficult person behind closed doors.

    You Brangeloonie need to be reminded…LMAO Salt started filming March 3 2009 and ended Dec 2009….Its only what April 2010 and Angeloonie been on location of the Tourist for about a month and according to you Beth she’s been off for a year.ROTFLMFAO I bet! No I know you failed math…LMAO

    You’ve got some real hostility there, “not a fan”…and considerable nerve calling the people who like Brad & Angie the “loonie” ones. Angelina has always said that she will do one movie a year for the next few years, and look at that! That’s what she’s doing. “Salt” did NOT film for nine full months, so you might want to get your facts straight there. She did some reshoots for a few weeks at the end of the year. Big deal.

    And nobody really cares if she can be “difficult” at times. So can I! Doesn’t mean hubby’s leaving or that I’m unstable. I imagine if you had to put up with everyone being in your face and wanting a piece of you every second of every day, you might get a little erratic too. All the rest of your spouting off is pure speculation on your part. Believe whatever you like, but back the **** off and allow everyone else to do the same!
