ZOE SALDANA THREATENED TO PUNCH FLASHING COSTAR!!
ZOE Saldana threatened to punch her co-star when he flashed at her.
The actress was taken by surprise when James Marsden took off his clothes when filming new movie Death at a Funeral because he hadn’t warned her he was planning to strip for their scene.
“The funniest thing that James did wasn’t so funny,” she said. “He’s supposed to be naked on the rooftop and I open the window and go, ‘What are you doing, come back inside?’ He didn’t give me any warning that he had taken off his pants. So I just opened the window and saw a lot more of him than I was expecting, and I’m just trying not to look below his eyes.
“Afterward, I yelled at him, ‘Warn me if you ever do that again or I’m going to punch you.’ And he’s like, ‘But you were such a lady. You never looked down.’ ”
As well as being uncomfortable with James’ nudity, the actress admits she insisted scenes in another of her new movies, The Losers, be rewritten as she didn’t want to bare all on camera.
“The way that scene was written in the original script, my character was naked,” she said. “I literally told the director, ‘If I am going to do this scene, there is no way I’m going to be nude because it just isn’t necessary or even believable. So there was a negotiation and I ended up in my bra and panties.
“I don’t mind using my physical assets as a weapon, but there’s a limit.”

I respect her decision for not doing nude. She’s awesome I love her but to the other commenters, just because someone does a nude scene doesn’t mean they’re a slut. Look at Kate Winslet….the GOOD actresses only do them when it’s absolutely necessary. Zoe said it herself, she felt it wasn’t necessary.

If thick and curvey is what you like, then DO YOU! Everybody has their own prefernce in people they like. Women for example, some like big guys and others like skinny. Some like the muscular type. I am very straight and comfortable with my feminimity, and hapen to think Zoe Saldana is a beautiful woman. She has the prettiest skin texture, a beautiful smile, and pretty hair. The fact that she doesn’t want to be nude in a scene doesn’t stem from her being worried about her physique or that she’s too skinny (which she isn’t, she’s beautiful). She just has integrity for herself, which a lot of people lose when they try to make it in Hollywood. As someone else on here said, she is an actress, not a porn star. I respect her even more for speaking up for herself.
Terry, I am sorry, but it sounds like you have psychological problems. Did a thin woman diss you in the past? Zoe, is a naturally thin woman who is very sexy. Not every star is starving themselves to be thin. This is just the way she is. She does not even have children yet. That’s how I looked before I had my son. Stop hating, because you probably would never even stand a chance. Like Lady Luv said, everyone has different preferences that’s why God made us all different.

I respect Zoe for standing up for having a back bone. I get tired of seeing women specifically women who look like me being put into tasteless roles. We need more positive role models and images of ourselves as women. Being viewed as an sex kitten or object is nothing flattering at all. Jazzy & Ladylove: Skinny girls are good as friends. I do admire Zoe for not wanting to take off her clothes if the movie scene does not really need for the actor/actress to be nude.
