Freida Pinto and Dev Patel Close to Splitting?

Dev Patel and Freida PintoFREIDA Pinto‘s romance with Dev Patel is about to crash and burn — insiders say.

The pair — who started dating after filming the Oscar-winning film Slumdog Millionaire — are said to be finding it harder than ever to find time for each other and are about to call quits on their two year relationship.

“Freida particularly is much in demand and has so much happening professionally right now,” explains a source close to the couple. “It’s all they can do to spend a few hours together but even that has been a tall order of late.

“They are going to talk things over soon and maybe at least take some time out from each other for the sake of their careers.”

Pinto, 25, was recently in talks to become the next Bond girl.

    Funny how both Dev & Freida managed to find the time to see each other when he was filming The Last Airbender in Philly & Greenland, and she filmed Miral in Israel last year this time. Now a close source claims they can’t find the time to see each other??? I knew this would come up the minute those recent pics of Freida in Canada filming & Dev in England at the Iron Man premiere. These two have been so under the radar in England and Mumbai (for the holidays with Freida’s parents & family) that the paps haven’t got a recent photo of them together. So Freida is in demand right now, but so will Dev when Airbender comes out. I would have “possibly” believed this if they didn’t put that Freida had been in “talks” for the next Bond girl role, which is clearly a lie which her rep refuted several weeks ago saying she had never even been approached….just like the rumor that Dev didn’t mind seeing Freida rolling around with James Bond. LIES!!!!!

    haha i agree tsls. It’s all bull. I have faith in these 2. I knew that they would come up with, the moment they are not seen together for a while. So what does not mean that they broke up! I mean give them a break, leave them alone and let them be a normal couple.

      Last year around this time, we finally got family and picture proof that Dev and Freida had been involved for quite some time. When 18, soon to be 19 year old Dev flew to Israel to spend just a few hours or a day with Freida, 24, said alot about this young man’s maturity and intentions!!! Just now out of his teens, he has been very respectful of his and Freida’s relationship over the past year that they have been public. I clearly see why Freida is so in love with him, breaking her engagement to another man because she fell in love with Dev. Now they can’t seem to find the time to be together??

        yup agreed tsls. don’t make sense to me. If two people want it to work, they will go all out for it. And I believe that they have what it takes to go a very long way.:)

    And also that volcano kept EVERYONE from traveling via air in or out of London and Europe for the last week or so….
