Jesse James: ‘I Wanted to Get Caught Cheating’

The motorcycle entrepreneur — who allegedly cheated on the Oscar-winning actress with at least four women — admits he “felt horrible” sleeping with other women but believes he was trying to “self-sabotage” his life.

“When I was doing it, you know, one, I knew it was horrible. It made me feel horrible. And two, I knew I would get caught eventually, and I think I wanted to get caught,” he told US TV show Nightline.

“I don’t think I know for a fact now what it was, you know. I mean, it was me trying to self-sabotage my life.”

The 41-year-old star – who has three children from previous relationships – “still loves” Sandra, 45, who has since filed for divorce.

“It’s still hard for me to talk about, a little bit, because I still really love her and care about her,” he said.

“I’ve spent my whole life with the kids and with her trying to… protect her from everything, but the most hurt she’s ever been caused is by the person that wanted to protect her. It’s terrible, and she’s going to be hurt for a long time.”

    Jessie, It’s going to be all right. Hang in there. Pray to God and let God know how terrible you feel and how sorry you are. I hope that Sandra will find it in her heart to forgive you. I did and I was your biggest insulter. You will have to go through quite a period of suffering but that is karma and just hang in there and try not to start feeling sorry for yourself. You are a good person to admit your mistake and I totally understand where you are coming from. Things will get better for you.

Stop humiliating yourself and your family – you’re a lying creep who got caught – man up and face the truth and realize that your meal ticket is gone. That’s probably the main reason you’re upset – no more oscar red carpet walks, no one to raise your kids, no one to support you. you used Sandra and now you’ve betrayed her. You are a nasty pig.

    My man said the same thing after I caught him cheating again; he was glad he was caught. This made him snap out of it and realize I am way more important to him than anyone else ever could be. I forgave him because we have been together 18 years and most of that time we were happy and monogamous. This gave us the chance to sit down and talk about what we really want out of our relationship, what was wrong with it, and how we are going to work harder to keep it together. I read today that men are just not wired to stay faithful to one woman for the rest of his life. I hate that but I believe it. Sandra needs to think about why he strayed. Maybe she neglected him somehow and he finally went somewhere else to get what he wasn’t getting at home. No woman is so perfect all the time that her man will never stray, or at least think about doing it.

    He is lying. The first lady he went to bed with, alright but geez, he went to bed with alot more. Even Tiger Woods said he went to bed with seven women but then more came out, Elin caught him in his own lies so right now, both of these loser men can shake hands because both of them lost the best thing they had in their lives, two very decent loving women.

    Here’s the thing, He go through this, I think there’s good chance he will wake up and know that eyes are on him and his family. so this he needs to show that he’s a better man or he is useless one. I’m not being naaive but i think if you show you care and support him of recovery there is a chance he will stay faithful. But there are millions of reason why she shouldnt trust him but you know what, dont waist your time worrying about that, it’s just your echo that gets hurts and you feels so worthless and unloved but in reality if you admit that people in general are diffent and you just gotta accept that some people do that and they dont never change but some do change, u just have to trust people. not everyone is bad people. the point im making here , he did what he did, he admit, he say he sorry and what else you want out of this guy,you want to punish him for his weakness.. he is fighting his own pain and the pressure is on him so show symphothy, im not saying it’s okay what he did but we are talking abou a marriage at stake. most important in this is forgiveness. i think he is totally a man for owning up to his mistakes and for making it clear that he loves her and he work hard for his marriage, ..

    marriage is eternal like i said earlier, and whoever the other ladies are, they’re should be very clear that they are just the whores and they husbands play toy.
    anyway, im no one to judge anyone but i just think that people need to give a break and work on your own problem before judging right away..let the high power judge him for his mistakes, it’s good thing we have honest people on this world you know. i think he is pretty honest for sharing this and he should get credit for that..
