Robert Pattinson Loses Out to Prince Harry as Coolest Man!

Robert PattinsonROBERT Pattinson‘s ego will take a bruising when he picks up the latest issue of GQ magazine!

The hunky British Twilight star has to make do with second place on the publication’s list of the coolest men after he was beaten by Prince Harry.

GQ took into account an “enviable sense of savoir faire, a talent for transforming the mundane into the extraordinary, or just a really edgy haircut”.

Other celebrities who made the top 10 in the list — which took 37 and a half to be the cut-off age in considering the coolest men — included rapper Dizzee Rascal, actor Jason Schwartzman and Arctic Monkeys drummer Matt Helders.

Pattinson, 24, has previously admitted he felt like a “tosser” when the first Twilight movie hit theaters — because it looked like he was trying to be cool!

“When the first film came out I felt like a complete tosser,” he said in October. “It looked like I was trying to be cool or something, like Eminem.

“You know, be in a movie and then do a song for the soundtrack. But I didn’t look cool, I just looked ridiculous.”

    The reason why Prince Harry beat Rob is not even base on hair and looks alone but the fact Prince Harry look more rough round the edge than Rob since he’s in the military. Rob actually said in an interview his body not build like say Mario Lopez or a sleeker version than that. Prince Harry’s body actually is better than Rob who really preach what he say dirty hair and body slackness.

    What does it matter if rob made the top of the cool list or not. It doesn’t matter. As long as he still makes beautiful music I think he’s the coolest. I like his music. The songs that he sings sound so personal and very, very beautiful. I hope that he brings out an album, but not one that says edward cullen the vampire from the twilight series album, but the robert pattinson album. That sounds even better and cooler.

      He said that he wants to wait until all the hub bub dies down and not seem like he is capitalizing on his Twilight fame. He got his best friends exposure by putting two songs (he co-wrote Let Me Sign and rearranged the score). His voice is unusual and soulful. He does not care if people buy his music he said so he should just do a concert for charity.

      He likes doing open mike and thinks it is good for one’s soul. Every time he does sing in pubs, it gets put on You Tube and that is frustrating for him. He has been here in LA at the Whiskey A Go Go and other dives. His sister has a record contract Aurora band and he knows it is a hard industry. I agree, an album would be great but he says he in almost incapable of writing a song – he labors over it too much and it is hard for him.

      He said he wanted to go to Nashville in 2008. I hope he goes and puts on a concert that raises money for the victims there that Obama is ignoring because they did not vote for him.

    Watch the video when Rob was 19 and had just finished Harry Potter and was in Japan for promotion. He is the same now as he was then, kind, baffled, shy, self deprecating and sweet.. Rob is cool because he is a humble, gentle, artistic guy who is genuine and funny. That is REALLY cool.

    I’m glad they chose Prince Harry. He is cool and more mature and has been exposed to a lot of different things. He appears very virile.

I’m not sure if you all have seen but gossip site OnTheFlix put up a story today (4th June 2010) saying that Nina Dobrev & her co-star Ian Somerhalder from the Alloy Entertainment production The Vampire Diaries are dating & they claim the images they have prove it I’m not sure but I don’t see it & they’re simply trying to do another so called Robsten & we regulars here on Showbiz Spy all know that isn’t true & as for this new story is made up lies too.
