Nicole Kidman Stays Out of The Sun!

Sources say the fair-skinned star — who’s filming Just Go With It in tropical Maui, Hawaii — is making a big effort to ensure her skin doesn’t tan, and is reportedly using a specially formulated super strong sunscreen.

“Nicole does not tan, and working in the intense sun in Hawaii has been a challenge for her,” a movie insider reveals.

“She’s been a really good sport about it all, but she has begged the director to keep her out of the sun as much as possible.

“Her face is her fortune, and she protects it.”

Back in 2007, Kidman revealed that she kept out of the sun following a cancer scare.

“I never go in the sun,” she said at the time.

“I’ve had one skin cancer on my leg, and I rarely get in the sun, so that just shows you. They cut it out.

“Stay out of the sun, because it is the worst thing in terms of aging. I’m very medical. I come from a medical family.”

    Actually, most sunscreen has cancer causing stuff in it. No wonder she found the spot on her leg. The vitamin D in the sun actually protects you from cancer. Of course there are sunburns but there are special natural sunscreens that protect you from the bad rays and let in the good ones.
    And contrary to common belief, vitamin D supplements are not nearly as effective as getting it straight from the sun.

    How can you say she has been a “really good sport” about working in the sun if she is BEGGING the Director to keep her out of the sun? Sounds more like whinning to me! If she were really a good sport, she would slap on the sunscreen and keep her mouth shut and act (or try to). Or better yet, don’t take the role since it is in Hawaii!!! By the way, how come her 42 year old face has LESS wrinkles than when she was in her late twenties/early thirties???? LOOKING PLASTIC, NICOLE!!

    “I’m medical…” – who is she kidding. If she was “medical” and from a medical family she would know that we NEED the Vitamin D that we get from the sun. Slap on sunscreen, do your job and stop making statements that make you look stupid.
