AMERICA Ferrera is to go from Ugly Betty to beautiful bride — the actress is getting married!

The star announced Thursday that she’s engaged to her longtime boyfriend Ryan Piers Williams.

Ferrera, 26, first met Williams at the University of Southern California when he cast her in his student film.

The two have been living together since 2007 and even share a golden retriever named Buddy.

America showed off her diamond engagement ring on the red carpet at the Edinburgh Film Festival screening of The Illusionist in Scotland Wednesday.

In 2007, the couple dodged engagement rumors.

“It’s totally not true!” America told W magazine. “And his mom called me and my sisters were calling me, and I was like, ‘Are you kidding? Did you not think I would tell you first?’ And then I put out a statement that it wasn’t true, and that became a whole news story. So now it’s news when something doesn’t happen? Like, news flash: California did not get hit by a hurricane today.”
