The singer, 16, says he’d only date a clever girl he can have a conversation with.

“She needs to have a nice personality, a good sense of humor, nice eyes and a brain,” Justin said of his ideal woman. “What’s the point of having a nice looking girlfriend if you can’t talk to her?

“You want to be able to sit down to dinner and be with someone who you can have a proper conversation with.”

Bieber recently admitted he can’t understand why he’s such a hit with members of the opposite sex.

“It’s been pretty crazy coming from a little town in Canada and now being able to travel the world and do what I love,” he said.

“I was just posting videos online for fun. I never really thought this was possible, so I never really dreamed of it.”
