SARAH Jessica Parker is moving house!
The Sex and the City star — who owns several properties in New York — has been seen eying up a $24 million townhouse in Manhattan’s trendy West Village.
The property — which has nine bedrooms and bathrooms — boasts 10 wood-burning fireplaces and is situated on the same block where Jimi Hendrix once lived.
Parker — who raises three children with her actor husband Matthew Broderick — recently admitted her current home in Manhattan is “bursting at the seams”.
“I will never live anywhere else than New York because I just simply cannot leave the heartbeat of the city. I cannot do it,” said Sarah, who relocated from Cincinnati, Ohio, after she landed her first role on Broadway as a child.
“We have no space in our house in Manhattan. We’re bursting at the seams. I know there are homes with more than two or three bedrooms in the suburbs, but I just couldn’t move there, even to get extra room. I love New York too much.”
