HEATHER MILLS TO TAKE PART IN THE 2014 WINTER PARALYMPICS!!

Heather MillsHEATHER Mills plans to compete in the 2014 Winter Paralympics.

The 42-year-old former model — who had part of her left leg amputated after being knocked over by a police motorcycle in 1993 — is hoping to get onto the British downhill skiing team in time for the Winter Paralympics in 2014.

“I’ve been skiing for many years and I’m much better at that than ice skating, so I’m training hard to try to get on the British Paralympic downhill team,” she said.

“That would be so great. You know when you set in your head things that you want to do and achieve? Well, I’ve ticked about 90 per cent of all the boxes, and this is one of the major ones remaining for me.”

The charity campaigner — who has a six-year-old daughter Beatrice with ex-husband Sir Paul McCartney — admitted her main motivation behind competing at a professional level would be so she could inspire the children she counsels.

“If I managed to compete, it would be phenomenal — very inspiring for all the kids that I counsel,” she said.

“They didn’t believe they could do anything and now they are trying ice skating and rollerblading and biking and swimming, which is wonderful.

“Having loved sport my whole life, competing in a Paralympics would be a dream come true.”

    Hey What women could even begin to follow in Linda’s footsteps? Plus Sir Paul is was of the richest men in the world.He loved her and then married her but did’nt think that her past would catch up with her.Well it did and now think that you would do anything if you had your leg amputated? Hats off to her for not giving up.I am sure their daughter will be very proud of her.

    This woman should be shot. She was offered $500 million in her divorce from Paul and it wasn’t enough? How exactly did she earn one dime of that anyway? Paul is a living legend and deserves every penny he ever earned. She deserves zilch. I’m glad he regrets marrying her. I regret that she gets any publicity whatsoever. She should be punished for being nothing moret than a worthless golddigger.

    I personally hope she fails. She’s a lousy human being, who is nothing but an opportunist. McCartneys’ kids weren’t fooled, and neither am I.
