This is not really strange for him. He has a history of doing weird and sometime perverted things when he gets drunk. He does have a serious problem with drinking and whatever else. He seems to like taking his clothes off when he is drunk, this incident, in London, there were pictures of him with his pants down (showing his shortcommings). His so called Friends, his lover all enable this behavior by helping him get home to his bed. His friends should have left him laying in the streed where he fell in London. Things like this will probably continue with him until he gets help. This is really sad.
