The Oscar-winning actress finalized her divorce from husband of nearly five years Jesse James Monday morning.

The documents are sealed.

Stating that their marriage “has become insupportable” after James, 41, cheated on her, Bullock, 45, filed for divorce Apr. 23 in Travis County Court in Austin, Tx., where she is a resident (and where James plans to move).

Sources recently revealed that Bullock is still on speaking terms with James, who cheated on her with a string of different women.

“Sandra and Jesse are talking,” an insider said last week. “Most of the conversations are focused on the children, but occasionally Jesse makes her laugh and they forget for a second what he did to her.

“Of course, Sandra misses him. You don’t just stop loving someone because they cheated.

“The divorce is definitely still on, but could I see them getting remarried down the road? It’s not impossible.”

    I have always thought that Sandra Bullock is a class actress , even that crazy role as the cop she played in demolition man was good. She will work through her own problem without the extra publicity or help as she has always done in the past. She is a class act all the way.

    I am surprised he wants her back. She is extremely smart, beautiful and wealthy. He has stated he prefers the tattooed type, for lack of a better work raunchy looking and not as bright as Sandra. The only thing he could be looking for is a good mom for his kids and her money. Not such a good deal for her. She will need a killer prenup. if she is foolish enough to hop back in a marriage with this one. (personal opinion, he is not worth the energy and lepards don’t change their spots)
