Bradley Cooper Binged on Pizza After Finishing The A-Team

BRADLEY Cooper binged on pizza to celebrate when The A-Team wrapped.
The 35-year-old actor — who plays Templeton ‘Face’ Peck in this year’s big screen remake of the popular 80s TV series — “thought he was going to die” after gorging on pizza and ice cream once filming stopped and the strict eating regime he had to follow to get into shape for the role could end.
“I thought I was going to die,” he said. “My stomach wasn’t used to digesting that much!”
The Hangover star — who is currently dating actress Renee Zellweger – was told by director Joe Carnahan to shape up with a “brutal” diet and exercise regime at the beginning of the project.
“Rampage Jackson, who plays BA, is a big guy, Liam Neeson is a f***ing big guy, and I’m ‘Face’ and I have to be up there with those guys,” Bradley said.
“So Joe said, ‘Look, you’ve got to change your body. I’ve got to believe you’re one of those guys.’
“So it was 2,000 calories a day, no sugar, no salt, no flour, no nothing. Five meals a day, eat the moment you get up, then work out twice a day. Brutal!”
