Leonardo DiCaprio Doesn’t Mind Invasion Into His Private Life

Leonardo DiCaprioLEONARDO DiCaprio refuses to moan about the downsides of fame.

The actor — who’s dating Israeli model Bar Refaeli — says the media’s obsession with his private life is a small price to pay for doing what he loves.

“I hit the lottery,” he said. “I get to do what I love…The invasion into your private life, it’s a small price to pay. [Quitting acting] is just not on my agenda.”

DiCaprio recently admitted he initially didn’t understand the script for his new movie Inception.

“I didn’t understand the script at first,” he said. “Films should make you extract your own meaning or have different interpretations of an ending. Some things will always be uncertain. And isn’t all this part of the experience of going to see a film?

“When it’s done properly and you don’t lose the audience, I think they are completely engaged and happy to unlock some of the answers.

“If I go to a film and there’s no discussion after, that makes me think it’s pretty sh**ty.”

    I thought after those Twilight-”actors’” never ending complaining and whining I would never hear an opposite attitude in a HW star.

    It’s nice to hear that from a star! How many times do we hear them all say how awful it is? And Leo is one of the biggest stars in the world and isn’t crying about his fame and money. Good for you Mr. Dicaprio!

    Thank you Leo for this statement, fans were really starting to feel like actors do not appreciate the fans that like and respect them *cough Kristen Stewart cough*. If I had to listen to anymore complaing coming from that camp I was about to make going to the movies my last priority. I was going to put going to the dentist above it LOL. Well I will see your movie and love your work!!!
