JESSE JAMES BREAKS DOWN IN COURT

Jesse JamesCHEATING Jesse James broke down in court on Wednesday.

The motorcycle entrepreneur — who split from Oscar-winning actress Sandra Bullock after an affair with tattoo model Michelle ‘Bombshell’ McGee — admitted in a custody hearing with ex-wife Janine Lindemulder he had hit rock bottom in recent months.

When asked if he had reached his lowest point, he said, “Yes. To some extent.”

Discussing his stint in rehab earlier this year, he added, “I am continuing treatment.”

The 41-year-old star also said he became an alcoholic at the age of 14 or 15 as a result of childhood abuse from his father.

“I’ve been living in the shadow of that my whole life. I’ve always hated my sister, but as bad as I got beat, she got it even worse,” he said.

“I drank until I was 30. That was a big band-aid for the pain I was in.”

Jesse was in court to fight with his ex-wife over the custody of their six-year-old daughter Sunny, whom he wants to move to Texas.

Speaking earlier this week, Jesse revealed his young child had become agitated following increased contact with her mother since she had been released from a halfway house on June 3.

“The more contact she has with her mom, the more fear she has to sleep in her own room,” he said.

    Give the guy a break, I am in no way shape justifying what he has done, but geez 60% and 40% of married people cheat. Why are we using this guy as a message, The guy was married to a porn star for Christ sake, Sandra Bullock knew that when she got with him, Am I blaming her no! But to make her such a victim is ridiculous. Shit happens, and this to me is a private matter not a matter for public opinion.

    The court will decide with the biological mother. It doesn’t have sufficient grounds to sever her parental rights. Porn is a recognized and regulated big business in CA and therefore the court can’t hold that against the mother. We may not approve of that but the juduge has to decide based on the law not emotion. A person has to do something pretty drastic to lose parental rights. Drug use in the house in a lot of cases is not enough unless the child is directly exposed (taking drugs) as a result of the parent providing them. Otherwise we’d have an astronically high percentage of kids living out of the home. If CA is like a lot of other states Jesse will not be able to move the child a significant distance from the mother without her consent as she has rights to reasonable visitation and possibly 50/50 custody.

    He is a cheat. he has cheated on every woman he has been with. I was surprised the marriage lasted as long as it did. I guess thats because he was hiding his cheating so well. ONCE A CHEAT, ALWAYS A CHEAT!!!

    I think he means that Jesse’s sin is no worse or different than anyone elses. I feel sad for celebrities that have to have their every move displayed for public consumption. Try putting yourself in the headspace of that as a reality and then decide how you feel about casting judgement on other people.

    He is damaged, god bless him, and its your decision whether you want to continue with a trauma victim with the emotional maturity of a high schooler?

    Marriage is not something you just throw away. I know he cheated but I say make a fool of me once shame on you, make a fool of me twice shame on me. Love is worth fighting for. Kids have enough to worry about in these days without 2 grown people not trying everything they know to work things out. Am I stupid (maybe),but this is between them and God, not us. God bless them both.

    Marriage is not to be thrown away, but it looks like Jesse threw away his vows (fairly often) with toooo many women. Did anyone care when little ol me got a divorce for the same thing? NO. Sometimes it’s better to BE than to wish you were. Way to go Sandra!
