SEXY Salma Hayek has revealed her secret to having one of the hottest bodies in Hollywood!
“I’ve been doing juice cleanses for 15 years,” the actress, who’s married to a billionaire, told Us Weekly magazine.
“If I’ve been indulging in rich foods, a cleanse is a wonderful way to hit the reset button. I always lose weight.”
Hayek — who gave birth to daughter Valentina in September 2007 — recently revealed her bikini scene in new movie Grown-Ups gave her the incentive she needed to get into shape.
“Having to wear a bathing suit in front of the camera and thousands of extras definitely motivates you to work out,” she said.
“I think the outfits that make you feel good are the outfits that fit you and don’t make you feel like you have to suck in your gut or you cannot move in a certain direction.
“Wearing something comfortable always makes me feel confident. With a bikini there is no hiding!”
