Vanessa Hudgens: ‘It Was Tough Preparing For Sucker Punch’

Vanessa HudgensVANESSA Hudgens had a tough time shooting her new movie Sucker Punch.

The High School Musical star says she was shocked at what she had to go through in preparation for her kick-ass role.

“We did this really tough training,” says Vanessa. “We would be woken up at like 5am by two Navy Seals and taken on this hour-and-a-half hike with 150-pound packs on our backs. Then we would do these crazy circuits then firearms training.

“I was this close to passing out. I cried it was so hard.”

Hudgens — who plays a prostitute in Sucker Punch — recently revealed she found the role “fun”.

“Honestly, it’s a combination of a lot of things… it’s really fun and it’s a fantasy and you’re going to have to see to understand,” she said.

    No way did she do “this hour-and-a-half hike with 150-pound packs on our backs.” Im sure it was hard with two Team guys I know celebs have it rough, so working with SEALs Im sure sucked (in a good way). Well done Ms. Hudgens on what you did get done. It pays to be a winner.

    I just saw the trailer and I somewhat understand why they did the training. In the fantasy see, the ladies fight a vicious war. They desperately try to escape their imprisonment. The spectacular trailer is on Youtube!

    From the trailer, it looks like an action-filled, kickass movie! Vanessa in an action film is a good move for her career. I can’t wait to see sucker Punch!!!
