CARRIE UNDERWOOD FLASHES HER WEDDING RING ON NBC’S TODAY SHOW — PICTURES!

CARRIE Underwood proudly showed off her wedding ring during her appearance on NBC’s Today Show in New York Friday.

The American Idol alum recently tied the knot with hockey hunk Mike Fisher!

Meanwhile, Fisher has revealed Carrie is too busy to have babies.

“We obviously want kids, but that’s down the road,” he said.

“Now is not the time, especially with our busy schedules, everything we’ve got going on. We don’t know exactly when, but definitely we will.”

Mike also described married life as “awesome” — admitting he couldn’t be happier.

“It’s awesome,” he said. “I’m with my best friend and I love her to death. There’s nothing better, for sure.”

Speaking about their wedding day, the 30-year-old sports star said it passed in a “blur” but he and the 27-year-old singer were thrilled with their big day — which took place in Georgia in front of 230 guests — though they wish more people could have been there.

“The whole weekend is almost like a blur,” he added.

“The ceremony was really nice, the pastor did a great job, the reception was a lot of fun. Just to have everyone close to us around was a big deal. A wedding’s not nearly as much fun without those close family and friends with you.

“We tried to get as many people as we could. The thing was, we didn’t want it to be too huge and not be able to see everyone, either.

“The whole day was great. It was everything we both wanted it to be.”

    haha yeah, they got married to early i wish them the best but dont be surprised if in a year that smile will be turned upside down, they seem nice together but i wouldnt be surprised if they get a divorce

    Does anyone really care about this self absorbed for lack of a better word wench? I lost respect for Underwood when Brad Paisley was giving props to Taylor Swift for winning Entertainer of the Year award and she cut him off by saying “weren’t we awesome?” I don’t know of anyone who is more self absorbed in the country music field than Underwood. I could care less about her and her $500,000 wedding or $800,000 engagement ring.

      @umm its you- Someone have some issues? Jeeze, why bother reading this if you don’t like her so much? Self absorbed? Uhhh… Go back and look at the footage of the end of the show, he was talking about how great the night was, and you obviously don’t know what happened. Brad and Carrie messed up their lines and were confused, and she had to wrap it up because time was almost gone. Why do you think no one cared that happened? The people there knew what actually happened, and no one is upset with her. You obviously care enough to not only read the article, but also comment. Get a life other than tearing people down for no reason…

      First of all, Brad and Carrie were on a schedule. The reason why hosts are hired is because they have to know how to entertain and manage time.

      FYI, Carrie didn’t buy the ring. Mike Fisher did. If they have the money, why not spend that much? Also, it was HER WEDDING! Every girl wants a dream wedding. And don’t say she’s “SELF-ABSORBED” because she isn’t. All the money that was made from selling pictures to a magazine were donated to charity.
