KYRA SEDGWICK GOT TOM CRUISE INTO TROUBLE WITH THE POLICE — REPORT!

Kyra SedgwickKYRA Sedgwick recently got Tom Cruise into trouble with the police — after accidentally pushing a panic button at the actor’s Beverly Hills home!

The actress — who’s married to actor Kevin Bacon — was standing by herself during a party Cruise threw with his wife Katie Holmes.

All of a sudden, a button on the mantelpiece caught Sedgwick’s attention — so she pushed it, and was left disappointed when nothing happened!

Kyra then walked over to Top Gun star Tom and announced, “Excuse me! I just pushed that button!”

“Tom was horrified,” a source told American tabloid the National Enquirer. “He had to explain to Kyra that what she had pushed was a silent panic alarm.

“Minutes later, the place was swarming with cops who refused to leave until Tom assured them everything was OK.

“Although Tom was a really good sport about it, Kyra hasn’t been invited back since!”

    Don’t you proof you editorials? The grammar is that of a 2nd grader. I’m wasn’t great in English in High School, but when I went back to Junior College years later,I got B’s. Can’t you afford to pay enough for people with atleast a little proofing and/or grammar skills. Heck I can write better than this, what’s the pay for a job like this?

      I think people need to make sure they know how to spell them selves before they go saying something about other people. Last I checked at least was two words. This will underline missed spelled words in red if you pat attention to what you are doing and to to busy cutting other people down. Remember people who live in glass houses should not throw stones.

    You guys all nailed it! The grammar & ‘punctuation’ was abominable. However, don’t you all agree with the gist of the posters’ thrust? As a working journalist, I’m doing ‘fluff’ to pay the bills. A lot of the tabloid editors make us ‘dumb it down’. C’est la’ vie. It ain’t Shakespeare.

    LOL, this is too funny. Doesn’t Kyra play some type of investigator on T.V. Just had to push the button didn’t she? I wouldn’t invite her in the first place. OH and as for Wanda, it is called journalism. Look into it if you can get time off from McDonalds.

    While it is true that Kyra should not have pushed a button when she had no idea what it would do, Tom should have hidden it better. Is the idea of a panic button not to be a discrete way to call for help? I hardly believe one could keep it a secret with a house full of guests, if they make no effort to hide the button. Therefore, I do not feel the incident was entirely her fault. Tom isn’t inviting her back b/c of his own embarassment and stupidity. No big loss, however, for Kyra… once you’ve been to one alien-wanna-be’s party, the rest get kinda stale. Can anyone really blame Kyra for wanting to find out if this little button opens the secret passage way that leads to Tom’s space ship???
