EMMA Watson is delighted with her new hairdo!

The Harry Potter star recently debuted a pixie cut — and she loves it!

“Oh my God, it was the most liberating thing!” Emma said.

“The stylist just grabbed the back of my hair and took a whole ponytail of hair out. It felt amazing. I love it.”

Watson, 20, has had the same shoulder-length ‘do for the past 10 years as she played Hermione in the hugely popular Potter film series.

“I missed all that experimentation that most teenagers go through,” she says. “I’ve wanted to do this since I was about 16, so as soon as I had the chance I was like, ‘Right. This is it.’”

If she had you only because of her hair then good riddance! You weren’t really a fan. Grow up! She looks adorable in that pixie cut. She has beautiful bone structure and any hair style would suit her, it’s her hair her face and fans shouldn’t be based on what she looks like, fans should be based on her acting. I’ve never cared for that particular cut, but, it is her body and her hair and she has the right to experiment with it. Besides that, young people love to experiment with their hair. My grandson, who is about the same age as Emma, has had blue hair all summer. I’ve had short and long hair and short hair is easier to care for. She can always wear a wig if she gets a movie role that requires long hair.

long hair is definitely better, i love Emma as an actress but she did not make a good decision. She should realize that to many people she represents Hermione and she should not be ruining that with a not so good pixie cut. She looks like a 17 year old Ellen Degenerous and that is not something to be aiming for. Ellen is pretty but not what Emma should look like. she was beautiful before but now she is just OK and i can only pray that she will grow it out.
