ANNA Paquin‘s wedding day must’ve been expensive!

The actress — who wed her True Blood costar Stephen Moyer in Malibu this past Saturday — wore a 50 carat diamond necklace when she said her vows.

The jewelery was set in darkened metal for a patina vintage style, according to People magazine.

“She wanted something with a vintage-inspired, romantic vibe,” said jeweler Nick Lane, who provided the piece.

As previously reported on ShowbizSpy.com, Paquin wore a white halterneck, three-quarter length gown and black platform court shoes, with her hair in an updo.

Moyer, 40, wore a dark suit.

The couple — who announced their engagement last August — exchanged their vows beneath a tent on a grassy lot near the beach; they then celebrated at a nearby house with such guests as Elijah Wood and True Blood castmates Ryan Kwanten, Sam Trammell, Alan Ball, Rutina Wesley and Carrie Preston, plus Preston’s husband, Lost star Michael Emerson.

Moyer proposed to Paquin on a Hawaiian beach, presenting her with a ring — a rustic diamond set in an antiqued platinum inset — he helped design with jeweler Kathy Waterman.

Paquin previously insisted she wouldn’t be come a “bridezilla”.

“It feels organic,” she last October. “It’s more about being family that becoming Bridezilla overnight and wearing some big meringue wedding dress. That would scare the s**t out of me. I wasn’t the girl who spent hours dreaming of my wedding.”

For his part, Moyer admits he shocked himself with his proposal.

“It certainly surprised me more than anyone else. I mean, my friends are beyond shocked,” he said.
