HEIDI Montag and Spencer Pratt might not be getting divorced after all!

According to TMZ, Spencer thinks he and Heidi have a chance at saving their marriage — as long as they get some “relationship counseling”.

Heidi, sources say, is on board about seeing a therapist.

“Spencer still loves Heidi and is willing to do whatever it takes to stop the divorce,” said one insider.

“He even admitted to having ‘fame addiction’ and wants help for that too.

“Heidi is keen to work things out, despite all of the public drama he’s put her through recently.”

Montag recently admitted she doesn’t know for sure if Spencer made a sex tape of the couple.

“I’m not aware of his filming me, but I wouldn’t put it past Spencer,” she told Life & Style magazine. “He’s a sneaky guy and has little cameras everywhere that he got from China.

“I’m mortified at the thought that people could be looking at me naked before I had the surgery.”
