Kelly Osbourne Keeps Fit With Cardio

KELLY Osbourne has revealed the secret to her new sleek physique!
The former Dancing with the Stars contestant — who recently split from fiance Luke Worrall — says doing 30 minutes of cardio everyday helps keep her in shape.
“Ever since Dancing with the Stars, I’ve tried to get in at least a half hour of cardio a day–nothing too crazy,” Kelly, 25, told People magazine.
“My trainer Sarah Hagaman is amazing! She knows how to motivate me to go that extra bit without frustrating me.”
Kelly recently revealed that she prefers hanging out with guys now she is single.
“Since Luke and I broke up, I’m not really hanging out with girls. It’s because guys are simpler: I’m not ready to be with anyone new and I don’t want to talk about it, so we just have fun,” she said.
“I’m grateful I have great men in my life who recognize this, like Louis Vito, Braydon Szafranski and Josh Hansen. Thanks guys!”
