ASHTON Kutcher has angrily denied claims he’s been cheating on his 47-year-old wife Demi Moore.

Reports earlier today claimed the actor, 32, has been having secret trysts with a sexy, young 20-something.

America’s Star magazine alleged Kutcher kissed and groped the blonde by an out-of-the-way bathroom at Italian restaurant Madeo in L.A.

“Ashton had this gorgeous girl pinned against the wall, and he was totally making out with her,” a source said.

“I was shocked to see him sucking face with a girl who obviously wasn’t Demi.”

But Ashton has spoken out in attempt to set the record straight.

“I think Star magazine calling me a ‘cheater’ qualifies as defamation of character. I hope my lawyer agrees,” he wrote on his Twitter page Wednesday.

“STAR magazine — you don’t get to stand behind ‘freedom of the press’ when you are writing fiction.”
