KRISTEN Bell loves watching TV!

“I like Damages, I like Mad Men. I love 30 Rock,” the Couples Retreat beauty replied when asked to name some her favorite shows.

“I really like Friday Night Lights and was over the moon when they were finally acknowledged on the Emmys this year because I think they’ve been one of the better shows on television for a while now.

“I’m always DVR’ing Jersey Shore, but I’ve never been ashamed to admit that. I probably should be ashamed to admit that, but I’m not. I think that it’s one of the greatest disasters to ever come to television and I just love the lessons they learn each week and the trouble they get into.”

Kristen recently vowed never to have plastic surgery.

“I don’t have the urge to ever get plastic surgery,” she said.

“I’m inspired by women like Annette Bening who are growing older gorgeously in Hollywood.

“I don’t subscribe to the idea that aging is a bad thing.

“I’m extremely optimistic about what lies ahead of me.

“Look at Glenn Close, Helen Mirren and Meryl Streep, they’re the best at what they do and beautiful too.”
