Teresa GiudiceTERESA Giudice has been a VERY naughty lady!

According to reports, the Real Housewives of New Jersey star and her husband Joe are being accused of hiding $250,000 in assets when they first filed for bankruptcy in October 2009.

In court documents filed last week, lawyer Roberta A. DeAngelis alleges that in addition to the $250,000 advance Giudice received for her cookbook, Skinny Italian, the couple also failed to claim ownership of an online boutique called TG Fabulicious, as well as Joe’s 1601 Maple Avenue Associates, LLC.

Giudice — who is currently facing $11 million in debt from failed real estate ventures — vented about her situation in a July blog post.

“If you’ve ever been unfortunate enough to be involved in a legal situation, you know it’s a lot of back and forth between both sides. Right now, our bankruptcy trustee is trying to get an auction going, and our lawyer is objecting it,” she wrote. “Every day, there are new tactics used, stories circulated, and details ‘leaked’ to the press, but it’s all part of the legal wrangling. All I can do is rise above it, keep my head high, and know that at the end of the day, I have my family, my health, and I’m in God’s hands.”

Giudice recently revealed she felt “humiliated” when she was told by a lawyer that she and her husband were $11 million in debt.

“Joe thought things were going to get better,” Teresa told In Touch Weekly magazine.

“Me and my husband have learned a lot from our mistakes. It’s brought us closer together.”

      I think she was crazier than Danielle hands down. Danielle got my sympathy for the most part because even though she brought a lot of crap on herself, she didn’t deserve the type of crap thrown at her. It’s like she started a hair pulling match and everyone else brought guns.

      That whole Fashion Show incident was unnecessary all of that middle school “I’m going to pretend I’m on my phone,” BS was uncalled for but she didn’t deserved to be attacked. Teresa started that whole thing with “I just want to talk to her.” She didn’t have to. Teresa is an idiot.

    I haven’t watched too many of the shows, but based on what I’ve seen, this Teresa character is very materialistic and unnecessarily puts Danielle down for every little reason. You can just tell that this woman lacks an education, and is ignorant towards her financial situation, as well as her kids’ tyranny. Her and her fat ass friend Jacqueline both act like they are 20 yr olds. And Caroline acts like she is some type of big deal, always acting like she is so tough. Also, this old bitch made an excuse for her son’s problems in college, saying that he always had learning problems. Hah, what an excuse. If he made it to graduate school, he doesn’t have a learning problem, as she claims.

      Teresa is scared to play the role as “bad guy”, and simply thinks that buying your kids’ childhood is the right way to raise kids. I saw the episode where they all went to Italy (another waste of money, poor Joe), and Teresa’s kid fell asleep at the table, as they were bringing the cake to the young girl. That kid needed a smack to the face, that would not fly in my household. Her kids don’t need 10,000 bday parties neither. Joe needs to tell his wife to make another cookbook, or get her crazy, unladylike ass a job and help out with the bills. Another thing, she’s bragging about how she speaks Italian, who gives a f*ck.

    There’s a web sit that has a copy fo the legal document the bankruptcy truestees have filed – - asking the judge to outright dismiss their request for bankruptcy. They have repeatedly sworn under oath about information and then changed it later (oops? right…). They submitted copies of what they said were 3 years of tax returns – - but N.J. foudn out they were never filed with the IRS! If the state of NJ doesn’t get these 2 crooks – then the IRS will.     when i first started watching housewives new jersey i couldn’t stand theresa. but seeing what she does as a woman, taking care of 4 kids, cooking and cleaning allll herself is amazing. she takes good care of her husband and she looks fabulous for a woman with 4 so she gets my total respect.if i had the money she did, or had, i would have a at leaast a maid. shes not afraid to get her hands dirty and work hard. quit hating on her. danielle deserves everything she puts out.

With more and more people behaving financially irresponsible we can look forward to more financial system collapses and tax payer bailouts – which means less money in the pockets of the people who did actually pay their bills.

    I watch most of the real housewives shows but the ladies from the real housewives of NJ have nothing better but to gang up on Danielle that it. What are we even talking about here? If Teresa had received the advance a couple of weeks later this would be a non issue. That’s assuming any of this is true. Secondly, was the advance hers to spend? She had a co-author and a contract with Bravo. It appears to me this woman is working very hard to correct the problem. Everything she makes is subject to be ceased. In this day and age, especially right now. Anyone that finds joy in this is asinine. It could happen to you next. It is happening daily. People losing their homes, living in shelters. Look at the unemployment rate. And for all of you that say: she is nothing, she s a loser; because she’s broke. Screw off. People trying to make fast money flipping houses, charging over the top rates for land and building houses. People with little or no income being allowed to get outrageous mortgages. They are the reason the average person lost millions in the stock market collapse. And now teresa and joe have to live witin their means, just like the rest of us. See you in a 4 bedroom, 2 bath, 1700 sq.ft. house like the rest of us!!

    I think that everyone that commented and talked cruel about either set of children is terrible. We are all made in God’s image and not one set of children are less pretty. I think beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Once you get God in your life you will not judge and especially judge a child.
    As far as Teresa and Danielle; you all need to get rid os the side taking. These ladies all get 10,000.00 for each episode so if Teresa’s house is in foreclosure trust and believe each time we watch and support the show we are helping make her mortgage payments.
    We and I say we(me included) watch these shows because we like to see that not only do we have drama but so do they.

The extravagant baptism, housewarming and the recent shopping spree of $60,000 for home furnishings to replace the furnishings that are going to be auctioned. I understand that people get themselves in a financial situation and have to file bankruptcy, but what these two are doing is disgusting.
