ANASTACIA burned through cash when she was diagnosed with breast cancer!

The superstar singer — who got her diagnosis in 2003 — says she spent over a $100,000 on a watch because she didn’t know what would happen to her.

“I bought a $120,000 Franck Muller diamond watch when I found out I had cancer,” the Paid My Dues hitmaker told Britain’s Star magazine, “as I didn’t know where life was going.

“If I was going to go out, I was going to go spending!”

Anastacia — who split from husband Wayne Newton in April after three years of marriage — recently revealed she feels like “Momastacia”.

“I’m not sure if I want children. I would consider adopting actually,” she said. “I’m feeling maternal, like a ‘Momastacia’.

“I love buying presents for my godchildren. In fact, they call me ‘Anna Claus’. It’s so much more fun buying for others.”
