SELENA Gomez turns to pal Taylor Swift when she’s having a tough time.

The teen star says she can always rely on the Love Story singer for support when she needs it.

“Taylor [Swift] has helped me through some really hard times, we talk every single day,” Selena said.

“It’s kind of amazing that someone like her, who has sold millions of records, is still humble.”

Selena recently insisted she’s no diva — because she only makes simple requests for her backstage rider.

“I don’t ask for anything too fancy, just some tea. And I usually have lemons and pickles — I really love salty and sour things,” she said.

“I always like to have my favorite boots, too. They are very important as I wear them for all my shows — I haven’t fallen over in them yet.”

She also revealed that she drinks olive oil before she goes on stage.

“Before I go on stage, I drink olive oil. It’s disgusting, but it’s good for your throat. Then I grab my band and we do vocal warm ups and dance,” she said.

“After that, we put our hands together and say a little prayer.”
