NICOLE Richie doesn’t want her children to get tattoos — even though she has a few herself.

The former Simple Life star — who raises Harlow, two, and Sparrow, one, with fiance Joel Madden — says she’d be “so sad” if her kids decide to go and get inked when they’re older.

“I know I sound like a hypocrite, but I would be so sad,” she said.

“Joel has [tattoo] sleeves and his twin brother Benji has tattoos on his neck and his face.

“I’m just hoping that my kids will be so embarrassed of them that they’re not going to have any. It happens!”

Richie recently revealed she’s a bit of a nerd.

“I’m very organized,” she said. “I love a good list. It’s the nerd side of me. I like to be busy.”
