Emma WatsonEMMA Watson isn’t making a play for Robert Pattinson!

Reports earlier this week claimed that Harry Potter beauty was keen to snag the hunky British actor — whom she starred alongside in 2005 movie Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire – and ended up getting on the wrong side of Rob’s girlfriend Kristen Stewart.

“Like all girls, Kristen can be very jealous and possessive, and in her mind Emma poses a threat,” a source said.

“Rob has commented before on how cute he thinks Emma is and Kristen worries that he would have more in common with her because she’s British.”

But Watson has spoken out to set the record straight!

“There is no feud, nor any hint of one,” her rep said Thursday. “This is a complete case of mischief making.”

Watson has previously called Pattinson a “good friend”.

“He’s just a good friend!” she said last year.

“Girls love him [but] we’re just friends — but he sure was great to work with.”
