ROSIE O’Donnell has a soft spot for troubled actress Lindsay Lohan.

The Hollywood funnywoman says she hopes the actress — who recently entered rehab to battle her substance abuse issues — can get her life back on track.

“I hope Lindsay gets help before it ends her life, I feel for her,” Rosie said.

“I hope she is able to find herself a 12-step recovery program and work it day in and day out, so she can save what is left of her life.”

Rosie recently discussed her romance with new girlfriend Tracy Kachtick-Anders — an artist, writer, inventor, midwife and mother of six.

“It’s a challenge, but when you fall in love with someone, they come with a whole bunch of things, including children,” the star, who has four kids with ex partner Kelli Carpenter, told Us Weekly magazine when asked how she copes with such a huge household.

“Part of the reason I fell in love with her was her love of kids.

“She was a foster mom and took in 12, 13 kids, and adopted a whole bunch as well. She’s pretty amazing.”
