TONI BRAXTON FILES FOR BANKRUPTCY; IS IN $50M WORTH OF DEBT!

Toni BraxtonSINGER Toni Braxton has filed for bankruptcy again.

According to TMZ, the He Wasn’t Man Enough hitmaker — who sold more than 40 million albums in her career — claims she owes somewhere between $10 million and $50 million in unpaid debts all over the country

In the bankruptcy documents, Braxton claims she’s only worth somewhere between $1 mil and $10 million.

Braxton lists her creditors as AT&T; The Four Seasons Hotels; Cedars-Sinai Medical Center; Various medical bills; Neiman Marcus; The William Morris Agency; Tiffany & Co.; The Internal Revenue Service and BMW Financial Services.

She also claims she may owe money to the City of L.A. Parking Violations Bureau and the DMV in both California and Nevada.

Braxton she filed for bankruptcy back in 1998 and earlier this year, the IRS filed a lien against her for $396k.

    Ummm….Miss Tony? Have you ever heard of a professional accountant and money advisor? Its cool to have a lot of money but when you don’t invest it wisely and blow it up without checking your statements and file TWICE something is seriously out of whack. Go ahead with your bankruptcy….you need a trustee ALL the time to handle your money for LIFE. You can’t handle money. Sorry.

    They should throw her in jail for STEALING!!! Because if you don’t pay for something it is theft. I am tired of celebrities, sports figues blowing money then don’t pay. I pay my bills and I am not going to get bailed out using bankruptcy. That screws the people that pay their bills and use credit on occasion.

    Also look at those taxmasters commercials, it is pretty much saying don’t pay your taxes and in 10 years you can settle for a fraction complared to the true taxpayers out there.
