JOHNNY Knoxville is still suffering from an intimate injury — almost three years after it happened.

The 39-year-old actor and Jackass star damaged his urethra during a stunt in 2008 when he lost control of a motorbike and it landed on his crotch.

And Johnny says the stunt is still a sore point with him and wife Naomi Nelson.

“I was trying to flip a motorcycle and the thing went up 20feet in the air and came down with it’s handlebars on my pee-pee,” he said.

“It works fine now, I have a nine-month-old son. But I still have to catheter it twice a day because of the scarring.”

Knoxville recently admitted he’s still obsessed with pulling madcap stunts.

“I just couldn’t stop thinking up new stuff and wanting to try a new idea,” he said.

“In the end they lured me to the office for one reason, and then they all got me in a big room and were like, ‘We’re out of time. The editors are bottlenecked with footage, so you have to stop.’

“It’s just fun but I do get obsessed with constantly thinking of ideas, all day long, but that’s just how it is.”
