TYLER PERRY TOSSED OFF BY PERVERTED PRIEST

Posted by Adam

Tyler PerryTYLER Perry has opened up about his abusive past.

In an interview with chat show host Oprah Winfrey, the writer-director says his own father beat him brutally and once whipped him with a vacuum cord.

“To this day, I don’t know why he did it,” he said.

“But I remember him cornering me in a room and hitting me with this vacuum cleaner cord. He would just not stop.

“Every time somebody was doing something to me that was horrible, that was awful, I could go to this park in my mind until it was over.

Tyler said he was sexually molested by a male nurse and a man he knew from church.

“[The man from church] used God and the Bible against me to justify a lot of the things that were going on. It was so horrible,” he said.

“And that was my first sexual experience — with this man performing oral sex on me as a boy.

“I thought, ‘What is the point of living?’

“My mother was truly my saving grace, because she would take me to church with her.”

Perry says he has decided to open up about his traumatic childhood because of  his mother’s death last year.

“I knew if I spoke about this, that she would be hurt,” he said. “I feel this tremendous sense of, ‘Now it’s time for me to take care of me and get some of this stuff out of me and be free from it’.”

Your headline is wrong and libelous. The man with whom he was forced to have oral sex was “a man he knew from church.” There is no indication that the “man he knew from church” was a priest. In fact, there is no indication that he was raised Catholic. So IF the man from the church was a clergyman at all, he would have been a Protestant minister. To say otherwise is false.

Stop with the disgusting articles already. This man was abused as a boy and you are trying to humiliate him further. Even if it is true, SHAME ON YOU!!!! Why not celebrate his successes. NASTY

I’m sorry for your traumatic experience that you had to endure but, what does’nt kill you obviously makes you stronger. I’m glad that you survived that situation with your sanity, your self worth, and your sense of humor in tact. The work you’ve done so far , meaning your plays and movies, has helped me in some of my own experiences. Thank you for sharing that part of yourself with those of us who can appreciate what it took for you to express something that was so personal.

Why even bother to comment? What is the point? Just allow
Mr. Tyler Perry to relieve himself of these terrible, awful
nightmarish like sh…….He only wants relief of the crap.
Opening up and letting this stuff out especially now that his mom has passed (God Rest Her Soul), is all the man really want to do. After all there is really nothing anyone can do about it now. These perverts Mr. Perry speaks of is probably deceased now. When he could have used the comments and help from outsiders, no one was really there (physically) to help. So let the man just relax his heart and mind, by releasing and moving on with his life. Even though it appears he has moved right along with his life, but these things will continue to eat at him or hunt him is probably more like it…It will take quite some time for him to be able to actually just drop the whole business, but I doubt if that will ever happen. I am sorry Mr. Perry you had to endure those things, but please keep in mind, you were not the only one…although you are a male…you are not alone.

You want real-life trials and tribulations? Well, have I got a book for you. It’s called ‘Ghetto For Life,’ by Mikki Ash and while it hasn’t received the notoriety it deserves, please be aware that it puts Tyler Perry’s trivial abuse to shame. Don’t get me wrong . . . I wholeheartedly sympathize with the man, but what? Didn’t this abuse make him stronger? Would he be the mega screenwriter he is today if he hadn’t be molested. Also, I mean think of the trade off. The way I see it, this assisted in him being the man he is today?
I’m just saying, somethings you have to just let go . . . And Let GOD!
