HULK Hogan is getting married again!

The wrestling legend recently applied for a marriage license to wed fiancée Jennifer McDaniel, according to reports.

TMZ says the star received the license in Florida and has until Jan. 11, 2011 before it expires. The couple wants to be married by L.A.-based spiritual guru Dr. Michael Beckwith.

Hogan, 57, and McDaniel, 35, who have been dating since early 2008, got engaged in December of last year. In 2009, he divorced his first wife, Linda, with whom he spent the previous two years battling in court over division of assets.

“I’m the happiest I’ve ever been in my life,” Hogan said.

Hulk — real name Terry Bollea — has previously admitted he thought about killing himself when his marriage ended.

“There were times when I thought that a whole bottle of pills would go down easy,” he said.

“Then I noticed the gun in my hand. I was careless with it… I kept my finger pressed right to that trigger… and if I moved that finger an inch in the right direction I would have blown my brains out.”
