Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony Announce Fashion Line — Pictures

JENNIFER Lopez from American Idol and her pocket-sized husband Marc Anthony announced their fashion line in West Hollywood with Kohl’s on Thursday.
“One of the exciting things about it is that they wanted something new,” Lopez, 41, told Us Weekly magazine of signing with Kohl’s. “They need other things that are a different style, a different sensibility and that’s why they came to us.”
Lopez’s collection will feature sportswear, dresses, sleepwear, bags, jewelry and shoes for the ladies.
Anthony’s will include sportswear, dress shirts, suit separates, sports coats, neckwear, accessories, and shoes.
“It is stuff that we would actually pick up and wear,” he said. “It’s an amazing collection.”
Kohl’s already features collections from Lauren Conrad and Vera Wang.
Meanwhile, it has been claimed that Lopez is annoyed with Paula Abdul.
Abdul apparently infuriated the pop diva — who’s taking over as a judge on American Idol — by giving Lopez some unsolicited advice on dealing with the show’s contestants.
Paula — who famously quit the TV talent search last year — reportedly told Jennifer that she needs to “remember what it’s like for the contestants to be out there doing what you guys were doing when you first started. You’re hoping to created bona fide careers.”
Abdul’s words apparently left Lopez seething!!
“Jennifer was livid,” a source told American tabloid the National Enquirer.
“It was like, ‘Who is she to tell me how to judge on this show?’
“Jen isn’t the type of person to take advice on judging talent. After all, she’s a successful actress, singer and dancer. There’s no part of show business she hasn’t experienced.
“Also, Paula got slammed a lot when she was on Idol for her ditzy ramblings and being soft on contestants instead of ripping them when they stunk!”
Jennifer also hates being compared to Paula!
“She’s had coordinators come up to her and say, ‘Jennifer, you are great to work with. You have a heart of gold, just like Paula’.
“That makes Jennifer crazy!’
