Jennifer Aniston Puts Courteney Cox on Heartbreak Diet

Jennifer AnistonJENNIFER Aniston has been sharing her “heartbreak diet” with BFF Courteney Cox.

Aniston is trying to help Cox get back on track following her recent split from husband David Arquette.

“Jen’s put Court on the plan to help her rebuild her confidence,” a source told Britain’s Now magazine.

“Jen goes on it every time she breaks up with someone and needs a boost. It’s like a detox that helps you lose weight and cleanse your body, in particular your heart and cardiovascular system.

“The food’s all sugar-free, carb-free and high in garlic and chili with no oil or butter

“Jen swears it’ll help get Courteney back on track mentally and physically.”

Previous reports claimed Aniston tried to stop Cox’s split from Arquette.

“Jen has a reputation of being ruthless in her own love life but she’s been the exact opposite with Courtney and David,” a source said.

“She is desperate for Courteney to try and work things out and hopeful David will see sense to.

“She’s worried for their little girl and doesn’t want them to make the same mistakes she has. Jen says David and Courteney are meant to be together, no matter what they are going through.”

    I agree with the lesbian thing-it is obvious by her obsessive behaviour with Courtney that Anuston is a HUGE reason for the split-her feigned efforts to “get them back together” are alot ljke her continually “talking” about having a baby-she thinks it is good for her image-if she wanted kids she would have not taken birth control while Brad begged her for a family and if she wanted Courtney’s marriage to work she shouldn’t have been squatting all over Courtney and practically sitting on top of her everytime she was out with David and Courtney-if you want to know what Anuston really thinks just take everything she says she’s not and reverse it-then it all fits like a glove-even suggesting that Courtney needs to diet is ridiculous-obviously even when Jen gives advice it is still all about her and you can bet she has been on the dumped diet for the last 5 years-Courtney quit listening to Anuston or you will both end up like Marge Simpson’s sisters-and Anuston is “the last” bee-yotch in the world you should take any advice on men from-carpet munching?-maybe she knows a thing or two about that-but men she literally is as lame as they come
