Natalie Portman Banned From Drinking Out of Plastic Bottles

Natalie PortmanNATALIE Portman says she was forced to drink out of “eco-containers” on the set of her new movie Black Swan.

The actress — who locks lips with costar Mila Kunis in the sexy flick — has revealed director Darren Aronofsky banned the cast and crew from using plastic bottles.

“Darren is a huge environmentalist and talks about it all the time,” explains Natalie.

“He made sure that there were no water bottles anywhere on set which is a huge deal. We should not have water bottles anywhere and we were drinking tons of water, obviously, because we’re dancing and expending so much energy.

“Everyone was given containers and there were things to fill it up on the set. At lunch every day, instead of having Styrofoam which most movies have, we got eco-containers instead of just wasting stuff that’s poisonous.”

Portman recently admitted she hates being judged on her looks and can’t understand why some people, particularly guys, become so obsessed with their appearance.

“Beauty can be a hindrance, especially if that’s the only thing that matters to other people. I’m also aware that being considered attractive can be a huge factor in getting work in my profession,” she said.

“Beauty can be boring if you’re with a guy who is focused on his looks or your looks all the time.

“I know a lot of male actors who are totally obsessed with creating a certain look.”
