LEONARDO DICAPRIO TO CONVERT TO JUDAISM SO THAT HE CAN MARRY BAR REFAELI?

Leonardo DiCaprioLEONARDO DiCaprio is planning to convert to Judaism so that he can marry girlfriend Bar Refaeli.

The 36-year-old Inception star — a non-practicing Catholic — has made several secret visits to Israel where Bar, his girlfriend of five years, comes from.

“Leo’s sudden intense interest in Israel, its culture and religion is the clearest sign yet that he intends to marry Bar,” a source told Britain’s Mail on Sunday newspaper.

“He has been staying with her in a hotel in Tel Aviv for a few days at a time recently so that he can avoid the photographers outside her apartment in a nearby suburb.

“Now he is looking into converting for her.”

Leo has previously revealed he’d like to a start a family in the future.

“I don’t think I need to have children to play a father in the movies,” he said earlier this year.

“This feeling is in me, I understand it completely.

“In my private life, I still have time to become a dad, and I’ve no desire to rush”.

    It’s one thing for a man to marry, but quite another to turn his back on his religion and become a Jew to appease a Jewish woman who wants to be his wife. He should be ashamed for even considering conversion under these circumstances. In my opinion, Christians, lapsed or not, do not belong in Judaism. Judaism is a heritage as well as a faith, and Jews are connected by blood. Bar Reffaeli should find a real Jew to marry, and CiCaprio should find a real Christian for the same. Oh, and a side note to Bar…you are a talented, beautiful, and magnetic woman. Has it ever occurred to you that you would be nothing but a second fiddle to DiCaprio if you marry him? He will dominate everything about you and you will be nothing but an asterisk. People will only care about you in terms of your connection to DiCaprio, and not for ywho you are yourself. What a shame! Find a man who will not overshadow you, but who, instead, will let you shine! You deserve this.

(Jew owned Hollywood) but notwithstanding what I personally think of DiCaprio’s conversion plans, a celebrity of his status HARDLY needs to impress any Jews…Hollywood loves him. The guy can open a movie by reading the telephone book. And if your theory is correct than please tell us all why other stars have not converted…ie Nicholson, Cruise, Damon, Carey, Ford, etc, etc. If he is the only one you dumb mother, what does that tell you?
